In the wake of receiving a well-deserved star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Snoop Dogg has been exploring memory lane with increasing frequency. With Doggystyle's 25th anniversary having transpired on November 23rd, Snoop has since continued to reflect on his musical partnership with Dr. Dre, who played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of the Doggfather's legendary debut. Now, nearly thirty years have passed since Dre and Snoop first linked up on The Chronic, which essentially kicked off one of hip-hop's most iconic and enduring partnerships.

Together, the pair have crossed paths on enough hits to line a playlist, including the following:

"Nothin' But A G-Thang"
"Fuck Wit' Dre Day"
"Just Dippin"
"Deep Cover"
"Bitch Please" & "Bitch Please 2"
"Still Dre"
"Chin Check"
"The Next Episode"
"Bitch N****z"
There's certainly more where that came from, including a pair of deep cuts off The Wash soundtrack. Not to mention several Dre-produced Snoop bangers, like "Lay Low," "Who Am I," and "Round Here," among others. In any case, few can dispute the status of Dre and Snoop in the pantheon of hip-hop duos, and that's not even registering their respective, and equally fruitful, solo careers. Capable of immediately evoking nostalgia within fans of all ages, D.R.E. and D.O.G.G have long solidified themselves as hip-hop "Superheroes." Inspirational to be sure, and Snoop took some time to pay homage to their friendship on Instagram. Here's to three consecutive decades, and more to come.
