Since the release of their latest triple album, SR3MM, the two Sremms have been reaching back to their fans in their own special ways. Swae Lee is offering his fans a shot at fame with his "Touchscreen Navigation" challenge, opening the door to all comers to show their skills on Swae's song. Slim Jxmmi, however, has decided to do something more direct for his fans, by giving them the opportunity to win a scholarship.
On Instagram, Jxm gives his fans an update on what he calls the "Jxm Scholarships," announcing that instead of giving away a single $50K scholarship to one person, he'll instead be giving away five different $10K scholarships in order to help pay for school. He also mentions that he'll be picking the five winners in July.
No word as to how to apply for the scholarship, or whether or not one would have to provide some kind of pitch as to why they're deserving of the money, but surely details will be forthcoming. Regardless, this is a very nice gesture that will provide a very positive impact on a couple of very fortunate people's lives.
