Shy Glizzy is currently one of the most promising rappers out of the DMV, with his February tape Young Jefe containing his strongest work yet. One of the project's highlights is the Zaytoven-produced "Prey For Me," which has gotten video treatment today.
Featuring Glizzy standing in a trippy room full of white lamp posts, the video recreates the uneasiness that's audible in Zay's beat. Glizzy shows his ability to be alternately funny ("You'se an ugly actor boy-- Forrest Whitaker") and streetwise ("That glock Salaam Alaikum, but that K be Hallelujah").
