Cactus Jack's own Sheck Wes has a bright future ahead of him. Already teased by Yes Julz as "your next favorite rapper," the Travis Scott endorsed emcee has been seeking to find his coveted "Mo Bamba" followup. While "Chippi Chippi" lacks the immediacy of its infectious predecessor, Wes' latest single further solidifies the young artist's position as an enjoyable up-and-comer. Today, he adds some visual to the mix, channeling Tom Hanks circa "Cast Away," complete with a Wilson analogue. The ball is, of course, named "Chippi."
The clip is also somewhat spooky, albeit remaining fixed on the silly side. Amidst flickering flame and Buffalo Bill esque night vision, Sheck slinks and shimmies his way about, leaving us to wonder what exactly might be running through that head of his.
