Selena Gomez is out of rehab and has been spotted on vacation with her friends Bailee Madison and Connar Franklin, looking happy as ever. Back in September, the 26-year-old singer checked herself into a rehab facility because of a mental breakdown. Now Gomez is out and about, enjoying some snow tubing with her friends in Big Bear, Ca.

In an interview with Vogue, Gomez opened up about her mental health struggles and how she's undergone behavior therapy, saying "DBT has completely changed my life," she told the magazine. "I wish more people would talk about therapy. We girls, we're taught to be almost too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who's down. We also need to feel allowed to fall apart."

It was a hard year for the singer as she suffered through complications related to her kidney transplant from 2017. According to Peopleshe was also hospitalized twice this year for having a low white blood cell count.

Either way, it seems as though Selena is doing a lot better and we're glad she's back out in the world living life.
