Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, who he previously got back together with for a short time, has nothing to say of his engagement to Hailey Baldwin over the weekend. TMZ caught the singer leaving a building in New York yesterday evening and asked what her thoughts on the recent proposal were.
Her answer was a quick jump in the vehicle with no comment. It's safe to say that the "It Ain't Me" singer will run out of ways to dodge the question and will eventually have to sum up a quick answer, but it may be too soon for such a request.
After the engagement news took over headlines at the top of the week, Justin followed-up with a statement of his own detailing his love for Hailey. "Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY," he wrote alongside a photo of he and Hailey. "I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make."
