The rapper and ex of Nicki Minaj addressed Meek in a video posted to social media.
In a video that made its way to social media Friday night, Safaree Samuels claims that Meek Mill's crew attacked him outside of the pre-BET party at Penthouse in West Hollywood. According to Safaree, it was shortly after he saw Meek that he was jumped, and he believes the Philly rapper's entourage is responsible.
"Saw Meek, he hopped out, then I just got snuffed. N---as jumped me, whole bunch of n----as," said Samuels. He clarified that Meek did not directly engage in the attack. "Meek, you are the biggest pussy on this planet. You saw me, you ain't do shit. You had your n---as jump me. One-on-one you can't fuck with me, so that's why you had to do that," he continued. "You move like a bitch. You act like you're the hardest n---a on this planet. You are not hard. You roll twenty deep everywhere because you're scared to death."
Safaree insinuated that he was not robbed or seriously hurt. "All-white, I'm still clean, and I still got all my shit on," he said. He went on to request a face-to-face meet-up with Meek. "Meet me anywhere one-on-one while you out here this weekend being scared because you're still running from the fuckin Game," he said, referencing Meek's long-winded beef with Compton rapper The Game.
Footage of the alleged incident has also made its way online. View it below. UPDATE: A new angle has been added.
Meanwhile, Meek Mill has posted two Instagram captions that could be read as a response to Safaree's claims. "I wish I would pay attention to these homeless n#%gas," he wrote Friday night. "In the studio finishing my album ... WINS & LOSSES! #theymakingupdistractions."
Safaree and Meek Mill have both dated Nicki Minaj in the past, which has been a source of tension between the rappers. In an October 2016 interview, Safaree suggested that Meek was a "big part" of why he and Nicki broke up.
