There was a time when everybody rooted against Meek Mill. After his release from prison, he's advocated for change in the prison reform system, prompting many to turn around on the Philadelphia rapper. While we were all quick to hand out L's to Meek a few years ago, everybody wants to see him win now. That includes the people he's had issues with in the past. Everybody from Drake to The Game has put aside their issues with the Championships artist as he enters a more mature stage of his career. Even somebody that he's battled with over a woman, Nicki Minaj, is claiming their past beef as water under the bridge.

During his appearance on Raquel Harper's Raq Rants, Safaree Samuels admitted that everything that stood between him and Meek in the past is going to stay there. The entertainer told Harper that he believes Meek is "way more mature" than he was even last year. He added, "What he's been through, I can tell he ain't on no BS because, when I hosted the BET pre-awards and all that, [Rick] Ross was there, we spoke and chopped it up and Meek was right there. It was what it was, that shit happened."
Sounds like Safaree is ready to put their differences aside. Meek is ready to start fresh with all of his former foes, too. Check out his new album here.
