When Safaree is in the headlines, it's typically not for the best reasons. Nine times out of ten it's because of Nicki Minaj or involves her in some sort of way. This year in particular, things have not really been working out for him but, he's managed to take negative situations and try to spin it in his favor to some sort of extent. Unfortunately, some poor news occurred this morning as he revealed he was robbed at gun point.

Angie Martinez shared a clip of an upcoming interview with Safaree which is slated to air tomorrow morning. During the clip, he breaks down into tears and reveals that prior to getting to the radio station, he was robbed at gun point.

"I just got robbed at gun point." He said, "A couple hours a go, I just got robbed like two dudes with guns just ran up on me. Had me face down on the floor with a gun to my head. They took everything."

Safaree was clearly distraught by the scenario and from the looks of it, it isn't like a joke. The full interview is expected to air tomorrow so we'll definitely find out more about the situation then.
