Apparently, Russell Simmons is very impressed by the way Cash Money Records operates. The co-founder of Def Jam just wrote an article entitled "Why Cash Money Is The Best Company In The History Of Hip Hop" for GlobalGrind that is overflowing with praises for the label.

Beginning with a story about seeing the Cash Money family at the recent BET Awards, Simmons goes on to praise Drake's "Started From The Bottom" and Nicki Minaj's heartfelt award acceptance speech. He writes, "The best company in the history of hip-hop is Cash Money Records. They built it, developed and nurtured their artists while treating them fairly, held it together, and continue to make more money than everybody."
