Rome Fortune made a name for himself in 2016 with his debut album Jerome Raheem Fortune. The blue-bearded rapper then followed that up with a surprise mixtape VVORLDVVIDE PIMPSATION. Backed by Toro y Moi's production, Fortune's first offering this year is titled "Boo Mobile II."
The production is in fact a complete reprise of Toro y Moi's "Boo Boo Mobile," off his Samantha project. Fortune's sultry rhymes about seduction complement the beat's slow grooves. It's as if it had been missing the man's vocals all along. The Fool's Gold artist also released "Leotard," another song produced by Toro y Moi.
