Yesterday, news surfaced online that Blac Chyna was reportedly suing her ex-husband’s entire family, the Kardashians, saying that they were responsible for pressuring the E! network into canning her then-upcoming reality TV show, therefore making her lose out on a shit ton of money. In addition, Chyna also claims the family caused her great pain over an alleged domestic violence incident that occurred in April. She says Rob knocked her to the ground and hit her in a rage. However, there’s always two sides every story and the Kardashians are making a bold statement on the other side of the alleged domestic abuse.
It turns out that on the day before the incident, Chyna was using coke and drinking alcohol from morning till night a source told TMZ. They say later that night Chyna and Rob went to a strip club and Chyna got a stripper to come home with them. Chyna reportedly partied with the stripper all night long, doing more coke and continuing her drinking binge while Rob watched Dream and King Cairo.
Sources say Rob confronted Chyna the next morning, kicking her out the crib, and calling Chyna irresponsible. He claims she went ballistic, hitting him, throwing things at him and berating him. Rob insists he only defended himself and never struck her, but she's saying otherwise. In total, she caused over $100,000 in damages to the house he was renting from sister Kylie Jenner, wrecking walls and busting up a TV in the process.
The source also added that Rob coincidentally had an appointment that day with the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, which had an open case against Chyna. He says he protected her by not mentioning the incident that day.
The Kardashian lawyer, Shawn Holley, said "we have witness statements and other evidence which will demonstrate conclusively that it is Chyna -- not Rob who is the violent and aggressive abuser."
And if all that isn't enough, Chyna apparently tried shaking the Kardashian family down for millions before even filing this lawsuit. So it kinda looks like she’s trying to collect that easy paper and get back at the Kardashians.
Now whether she gets any money from the Kardashian is another whole story, but she’s appears to be trying to anyways. We'll continue to keep you posted moving forward.
