Five months ago, River Tiber dropped an EP titled When The Time Is Right, which consisted of five records including "No Talk"-- a definite stand-out that's gone on to garner 138k plays on SoundCloud, basically double any other song on the EP. All this to say, it's a really dope record that Tiber just dropped a music video for. The black and white, cinematic visual is just as chilling and sorrowful as the song itself.
For those unfamiliar with River Tiber, he's a rising songwriter and singer out of the Toronto area. He recently appeared on Jazz Cartier's Hotel Paranoia (as the sole feature), and he's been co-signed by the OVO squad by way of Drake's "No Tellin" sampling this exact record.
