Toronto-born singer and songwriter, River Tiber, is quickly rising. The artist's climb seemed to pick up speed following his appearance on Jazz Cartier's Hotel Paranoia mixtape (the only feature on the project), however he's been putting in work prior to that.
He recently collaborated, not once, but twice with Kaytranada and wordsmith Pusha T, first on "Illusions" and then again on "Gravity." Today he's premiered a new solo record with Zane Lowe (Zane is the plug today), "Acid Test," which definitely has some trippy elements. River's spacey vocals are weaved into a lush and musical soundscape, including an arrangement of drums, and towards the end, a jazzy guitar breakdown. Press play and fall down the rabbit hole.
