Two of Britain's biggest stars showed up to the Met Gala 2019 this week. Dua Lipa and Rita Ora ornamented the red carpet with individualistically beautiful looks. While Dua opted for a high bun and an extravagant colorful attire designed by Versace, Ora stunned with a gold sequined dress blessed by Marc Jacobs. The two stars looked equally stunning but were reported to have purposely avoided each other throughout the entire soiree.

The latter is said to have occurred due to an on-going feud between the Brit starlets over constantly being compared to one another. The feud is reported to have reached a boiling point as Lipa affirmed she'd like to be considered a unique artist. According to the Daily Mail, a source told the Sun "It’s a shame, as they used to be very close and Dua spoke a lot about how much she admired Rita. Dua even said she wanted to be just like Rita in the future."

While Rita remains "desperate to avoid confrontation" as the 28-year old crooner despises drama, Dua Lipa has attempted to distance herself from Rita Ora and is apparently making it obvious. Evidently, the two are best avoiding each other for now, but we do hope things settle down soon.
