It was back in June that we got a first official look at Rihanna’s newest Creeper shoe, and now the silhouette will officially be hitting stores on August 31st.

First appearing in her Fenty University fall/winter show during Paris Fashion Week last spring, the new shoe is debuting just in time for the back-to-school season (we assume this is no coincidence).

The new PUMA Fenty Suede Cleated Creeper shoe is only a slight update to her original Suede Creeper, this time coming outfitted with a thicker sole, and jagged outsole. Similar to its first incarnation, it will be available in Black and Golden-brown colorways, once more sporting sude uppers with leather detailing.

The original Creeper shoe was first introduced in 2015, one year after the official announcement of the songstress joining on as Puma’s women’s creative director.

The first go-round, the shoe sold out in three hours, signaling the beginning of a fitting and very profitable relationship between the Bajan siren and German footwear company.

Since its release, Rihanna’s partnership with Puma has expanded into various ventures that included her rave fur slides with the brand and her aforementioned Fenty University collection which she creatively debuted in a runway show, using the backdrop of the Bilbiotheque National de France (National Library of France) as a catwalk.

Aside from the Creepers, the new collection featured fashionable takes on puffers jackets, velour track suits, varsity jackets, faux fur and faux sherling coats, crop tops, and in-theme polos and sweaters.
