Rico Nasty is going through a lot right now, according to her Twitter page. The rapper shared a concerning rant earlier today, prompting fans to check in with her and show her some love.

“I dead ass need at least two hours out of each day, just to cry,” the 24-year-old tweeted this afternoon. “Crazy how I wanted a tour bus my whole life and now I just be on the tour bus crying myself to sleep every night.”

In a particularly concerning post, Rico wrote, “I wish I was dead just as much as y’all do, trust me.” Followed by “y’all win.” Countless fans have reached out to the Washington, D.C. native, letting her know that they support and love her. “Who said that to you? I will pull up to them like this istg,” one follower wrote above a meme of Kanye West holding a gun.

“Your fans love you mama. But I know that other people’s negative words drown the positive out. I hope you get the love you deserve and feel better,” another sweet reply reads. “I love you Rico. Spend some time with those closest around you who spark the most real joy. [You] don’t deserve any of this harassment, I hope you find your happy place soon and do some self care and resting on the way.”

The aforementioned harassment has largely been taking place at Playboi Carti concerts where, Rico, the opening act, has been being targeted by audience members. At one show, a patron took things way too far, throwing a bottle at the “Pussy Poppin” artist, who was compelled to jump into the crowd and chase after them for attacking her.

Following other negative reactions to her stage time, Rico has also accused the crowd of being “anti black.” Clearly the haters have been weighing heavy on her mental health, so here’s hoping she gets the rest, relaxation, and love that she needs ASAP.
