Rick Ross was set to perform an outdoor festival at Wild Things Park in Washington, PA, scoring himself a nice upfront advance of $150k. However, Ross bailed two days before the performance, and the promoter, Washington County Family Entertainment, is now responding with a lawsuit.

TMZ claims that the contract states Ross "cannot cancel once the contract is executed and tickets are on sale." However, Ross made it clear that he would be unable to perform due to health and family issues, and requested the concert be postponed. Apparently he refunded half of his advance, but WCFE is coming after him for the full remainder - $87,500.

Reports from Rick's camp claim that Yung Renzel was paid $40k, and that a stipulation in the contract allowed him to reschedule if illness was a factor. More on the story as it develops.
