Rick Ross is facing a new lawsuit, as reported by TMZ. The big bawse of MMG is being sued by photographer, Armen Djerrahian, who claims in a new suit that the rapper is using his photographs without his permission.

One of the photographs in question you will surely recognize, it's of Ricky Rozay holding his fingers to his head like a gun, while he wears aviator shades and bites down on his lower lip (featured in the gallery above). Djerrahian says that he also shot a bunch of other Maybach Music rappers, including Meek Mill, Gunplay and Omarion, and all three, along with Rozay have been using the images illegally.

Djerrahian claims he's seen the photographs all over the web, used in posters, ads, internet banners, mixtape and CD covers etc, even though he never gave the rappers permission to use the images.

There's been no response from Rick Ross yet.
