Rich Homie Quan has been keeping a low profile in the years since releasing one of the decade's best rap projects with Rich Gang The Tour Vol. 1. With that being said, his new project Rich As In Spirit isn't exactly a comeback, as the rapper released the underrated full length Back To The Basics just last year. Still, 19 new tracks from one of Atlanta rap's most influential voices is something to get excited about, and "Think About It," the collaboration with Rick Ross is one of the tracks that's been on repeat since its release. Though the verse was definitely recorded before Ross' recent health scare, one can't help but breathe a sigh of relief listening to the MMG rapper's characteristically luxurious 16. He's a great compliment to Quan, offsetting his natural melodicism with a casual rap style that makes the most of the soulful beat.
