Rick Ross is looking to pass on some words of inspiration to the up-and-comers all over the world.
The Miami-based rapper used Snapchat as the vehicle for his message yesterday, sharing some wisdom for his younger fans and followers out there. He talks about staying focused, getting a plan together with a talented team and execute that plan, leave the ranting to the smartphone in the rearview mirror and, most of all, look out for those closest to you.
