Earlier today, Rich The Kid shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed without providing any context. Fans were obviously worried and nobody knew what exactly happened. However, new details have emerged and reports say Rich The Kid was attacked during a home invasion.

According to TMZ, Rich The Kid was attacked and beaten during a home invasion. The report says Rich The Kid was at his girlfriend Tori Brixx's home last night. Two men in masks entered her home and demanded for the cash and jewelry in the residence. Rich The Kid reportedly tried to fight them off but three more men barged in and brandished firearms. RTK was pistol whipped in the midst of the altercation but that wasn't the end of it. He was reportedly beaten further after getting hit with the pistol. The beat down was so severe that Rich The Kid ended up in the hospital.

The thieves left her home with a large amount of cash and jewelry. The police were called after the attack but there's yet to be a police report confirmed by law enforcement. Rich The Kid's team reportedly believe that it was an inside job.

The rapper is expected to hit the road with Chris Brown on June 19th for the "Heartbreak On A Full Moon" tour. Hopefully, he gets better before then.
