A few weeks ago, Rich Homie Quan was accused of assaulting a security guard outside of Club LIV in Miami. While initially maintaining his innocence, Quan has now decided to turn himself in over the charges.

According to NBC, RHQ will be facing a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. It's unclear how long Quan will be held in custody, or whether he'll be pleading guilty to the charges.

The report filed by the club guard stated that Quan hit him twice in the face, breaking his nose in the process, before hitting him once on the back of the head. This all allegedly took place after security refused to let Quan and his entourage into the club, which was at capacity.

We'll keep you updated on any developments in the story.
