This is the question New Orleans rapper Raw Dizzy poses on his new single "Heaven." He waxes bars re: the question at hand over a haunting Ray Luminais-produced beat for two solid verses before turning over the mic to Lil Wayne, with whom he goes way back (anyone remember Sqad Up?)
