Last year, R. Kelly parted ways with his manager, Derrel McDavid, who had been with him for decades. Now TMZ says McDavid is suing Kellz for some money owed to him at the time they "parted company."

Apparently, the R&B singer agreed to pay his manager $1.3 million when they ended their contract last year, and according to McDavid, he's only paid $300 thousand of that. The former manager alleges that monthly installments of $40 thousand were supposed to be sent his way for 18 months, and he hasn't seen any of it.

McDavid is now suing for the remaining $1 million. Read more at TMZ.
