The Blast has learned that Quavo and Takeoff of the Migos have been asked to give depositions in a lawsuit filed by stylist Marcus Clark - stemming from stolen items, and damages incurred on the set of Niykee Heaton "Bad Intentions" video shoot. According to Clark, Takeoff and Quavo who are featured on the song along with Migos' member Offset, reportedly walked off the set with $20,471 worth of clothing from his wardrobe.
According to the report, Marcus Clark is asking for the $20,471 in clothing, $400,000 in general damages, and another $600,000 in "special damages." The judge in the case has allegedly ordered Takeoff and Quavo for a question period sometime before April 15. As per the records, Clark styled all three Migos for the video shoot; he has yet to be deposed himself. It is believed that Offset will be added to the queue as well, with Marcus Clark's team insistent on hearing all three versions of the accord - in order to find holes in their group narrative account.
For the record, none of the Migos have denied walking off with the clothing, but they insist Marcus Clark consented to it all along. There's also the remote possibility they read into the situation wrong, or that Marcus Clark filed the lawsuit in response to some other backlash. Whatever the case may be, April has been encircled as a month of reckoning for all parties concerned.
