The last time we heard from Virginia's Quan, he linked up with Pusha T in September for a track called "All On Him." Now he's back with a video that also features Emilio Rojas. Watch "17" above.
Directed by Blame Boogie, the clip shows Quan and Rojas rapping amid swirling visuals of graffiti. Emilio kicks things off by relating tales of the struggles he endured in his early years (among people "poppin' oxys like they ibuprofin"), and as he also handles the hook, it starts to seem like Emilio featuring Quan until the VA native comes through and dominates the track's second half.
