Pusha T Speaks On Upcoming Album And MTV's "Hottest MC's In The Game" List

Pusha T called up DJ Semtek to speak on his upcoming album, and the recent "Hottest MC's In The Game" list.

 Add another one to the list of unhappy campers. Pusha T just recently spoke with DJ Semtek about MTV's "Hottest MC" list, and gave his thoughts on not making the list and its order. Pusha also spoke about his upcoming album My Name Is Name, and gave us some producers and features we can look forward to hearing.

While out in Paris with Kanye West, Pusha T called up DJ Semtek for an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra. Pusha spoke on his upcoming album, My Name Is Name, where he mentions production for the upcoming project being Kanye West, The Dream, Swizz Beatz, Pharrell, and more. Pusha also added that his only feature thus far is Rick Ross, and that its a new unheard track. Pusha revealed that the only track we heard yet is "Pain".

Following discussion on his album, Pusha talked about MTV's recent "Hottest MC In The Game" list. Pusha feels that he deserved to be on the list, and proceeds to name his accomplishments. Pusha then took some small shots at Lil Wayne, where he added that Weezy blacked out on a whole crew by himself and made artists denounce their whole fan base. Pusha then stated that Kanye should've been higher on the list. Lastly, Pusha gives his own top 5 MC list, and explains on why the list is good for hip hop.
