Pusha T's DAYTONA won't be the last thing we hear from him this year. The rapper spoke again to Larry Legend, a gamer injured in the shooting at the Madden '19 tournament in Jacksonville, FL, putting him in good spirits and giving him some exclusive news to deliver to his followers. "Just Got Off FT With My Big Bro @PUSHA_T He Said He Dropping More 🔥 After The Tour," he wrote. "Can’t Wait To Link Up Bro💪🏼"

Pusha also retweeted a tweet from Larry's mother, who thanked the rapper for checking in again. "When your sons favorite rapper hits him up to give him well wishes such a good dude we appreciate the love," she wrote. Larry is currently recovering from surgery after he was shot three times. Last we heard, his hand was "severely broken" and he still had a bullet in his chest, as he said on Twitter. However, Pusha's words have helped him through the battle, and it sounds as if the two have plans to meet in the future.

Push just did his last North American date in L.A. Friday night, and won't be back on the road again until December when he performs some European dates. It's unclear if this new music will come in the near future or after the Euro leg. Either way, it seems that Push is ready to give the world some more music. DAYTONA was just 22 minutes after all, and he's been very clear that there was much more material recorded. Push has confidently called DAYTONA "rap album of the year" on various occasions, so if anyone can compete with him at this point, it's himself.
