Nicki Minaj surprised everyone when Dedication 4 dropped, with a line which has now gone viral, showing her support for Barack Obama's adversary, Mitt Romney.
The line, "I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy bitches is fucking up the economy," appeared on Weezy's "Mercy" freestyle. Nicki has yet to comment on the line, but Mitt Romney probably won't be getting the Barbz leaders' vote either way, since it turns out Nicki is not even a registered voter. Nonetheless, President Obama took the time out of a radio interview with Orlando's Power 953 to respond to Ms. Minaj's line.
When asked if Obama's daughters, Sasha and Malia, listen to YMCMB's first lady, he took some-what of a shot at Nicki, saying, "I don’t think they really listen to Nicki Minaj that much."
Concerning the line about Obama's political opponent, the President revealed his knowledge of the rapstress when he said maybe it was just one of her alter-egos: "I'm not sure that is actually what happened. I think she had a song on there, a little rap that said that. But, she likes to play different characters. So I don’t know what’s going on there."
