When it comes to chart success, Drake has undoubtedly been dominating the Billboard Hot 100. "God's Plan" had a lengthy run at the top for 11 weeks before "Nice For What" pushed it down to #2. It marked a historical moment on the charts as it made Drake the first artist to replace himself at the top of the charts with another single that debuted at #2. The song held the #2 position for four weeks but it looks like the time has come that it gets pushed out of the top 2 spots.
Post Malone's "Psycho" with Ty Dolla $ign has officially pushed Drake's "God's Plan" out of the #2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. Drake's "Nice For What" is still hugging the number one position but as "Psycho" hits number 2, "God's Plan" got pushed down to number 5. As of now, the rapper has overall spent 35 weeks on the charts dating to "What's My Name" with Rihanna in 2010. Overall, Drake has been holding the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the majority of 2018.
While "Psycho" lurks up on Drake's "Nice For What," Post's had some major success on the charts and in the streaming world. Last week, he officially shattered first week streaming records with Beerbongs & Bentley's and this week, the album debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 charts. We'll see if Post's "Psycho" can top "Nice For What" next week.
