Post Malone was brought out as a surprise guest during Canadian indie rock artist Mac Demarco's Fuji Rock Festival set in Japan this weekend. Rather than performing one of his many hits, Post was assigned the responsibility of playing the egg shaker while Mac covered “Sukiyaki” by Japan's own Kyu Sakamoto.

Footage of the performance can be viewed, via Pitchfork, above.

Post was also spotted getting yet another face tattoo during his trip to Japan. After recently adding both the Nirvana-inspired "Stay Away" and the large "Always Tired" ink under his eyes, he's added yet another piece to the side of his head, though it's not immediately clear what it might be. All we know is that, in Post's own words, it's very "sick." Watch a video of the rapper getting the ink done here.

Speaking of tattoos and Mac Demarco, Logic recently revealed that a new "Salad Days" tat on his arm in tribute to Mac's 2014 studio album of the same name. According to Logic, it is one of the most "influential" albums in his life alongside projects from Toro Y Moi and Tame Impala.
