Post Malone is among impressive company with this new feat.

Post Malone has been enjoying an unexpected amount of success as of late for the chart-topping performances set forth by his singles. He has quickly gone from nearly an afterthought to one of the most elusive characters in rap today. With the current number 2 debut of the Ty Dolla $ign-featured "Psycho" on the Billboard Hot 100, Posty's music is growing on many, proving that he has the capability to consistently create hits. The chart performance of "Psycho" puts him in some incredibly impressive company as Post has become just the second rapper to chart at numbers 1 or 2 in their debut on the Billboard Hot 100.

Joining only Eminem as the rappers in this exclusive club, a very select few would have predicted this amount of success from the Texas-raised artist. The number of performers that have achieved this feat can be counted on two hands as Post becomes just the ninth person on the list. Post accomplished tremendous numbers with his last single "Rockstar" and now, the same success with "Psycho" is putting the man in the history books.

Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Taylor Swift are among those who have debuted at the top two spots on the Billboard chart multiple times. Post joins them at the right time as he is beginning promotion for his upcoming album Beerbongs & Bentleys, which may be hiding another hit or two in the tracklist. Congratulations on the achievement, Post!
