Post Malone hit up Instagram and Twitter to share some behind the scene footage of what seems to be a video shoot. The picture he posted features him and 21 Savage dressed in some snazzy suits while sitting on directors chairs, looking at what's most likely playback footage. While there isn't a caption on his Twitter or Instagram, it looks like he's hinting at an upcoming video for their chart topping hit. Prior to that, he retweeted a photo that photographer took of him yesterday. The tweet simple read, "from earlier today 🎞@PostMalone." So both he and 21 Savage may be on their way to deliver an equally epic photo for their epic single.

"Rockstar" has been doing exceptionally well since its release. Once it dropped, Apple Music announced that it had shattered it's first week streaming record with 25 million streams. The record was initially held by DJ Khaled for "I'm The One." The strength of the single helped it debut at number two on the Billboard's Hot 100 where it maintained that position for three weeks. It later found it's way to number one last week after finally beating out it's competitor "Bodak Yellow" which maintained the top spot for the same amount of time "rockstar" was on the charts. Once it reached the top spot, it later became the first number one single for both Post Malone and 21 Savage in their careers.

Despite its success, the song has also faced controversy for its success. A report surfaced claiming that "rockstar" went number one of the charts due to an exploitative loophole on YouTube. However, Posty later fired back by saying,"well the song is good so probably not the only reason why."

Regardless of whether "rockstar" climbed the top of the chart was due to some strange marketing tactic, Post and 21 created a monstrous single so we're excited to see how the video turns out.
