Last year Post Malone set the bar extremely at Coachella by showing up with $8,000 worth of Popeye's chicken. This year he managed to endear himself all the same. "My name is Austin Richard Post," uttered the rapper/singer before circling the stage. The Bud Light ambassador took up a prominent slot just before Beyonce's headliner. Post's set included a walk down memory lane as well as a look into the future. Beerbongs & Bentleys is but a few weeks away.

During his performance of "Feeling Whitney," Post atoned for what he believes is a shoddy singing voice, insisting  he was "too drunk and too shitty a singer" to continue without a little help from his friends in the crowd. Post even pulled out his guitar for the memorable "Stay" which he first debuted during a Bud Light sponsored event earlier this month.

Post Malone first surprised the festival goers by bringing out Ty Dolla $ign to perform their smash single "Psycho." His next surprise came in the form of a first look at "Spoil My Night," another instantaneously catchy record. The crowd reacted reacted immediately as if tapping into a memory of song once visited before. The album version is set to include Swae Lee on the chorus. You may recall pictures of the two rappers cooking up from last month. His willingness to use concert experiences as a springboard for new material is what makes him, in the realest sense, a genuine artist.
