Kanye West capped off his and Kim's Armenian vacation in true Kanye fashion by performing a surprise concert in the capital city of Yerevan. Kim announced the show mid-afternoon on Twitter, and by the evening, the whole city surrounded Swan Lake, in center city, where Kanye was set to perform.

Yeezy opened the show with "Stronger", and went on to perform hits like "Jesus Walks", "Power", "Touch the Sky", and "All of the Lights". Then, suddenly, during "Good Life" (though inspired by "Jesus Walks"), Kanye took a leap of faith and plunged into Swan Lake. See the epic clip below.

After the jump, the crowd quickly followed Air Yeezy into the lake, prompting police to call off the rest of the performance. Though the Armenian crowd didn't get a full set, they were certainly treated to a rare moment in Kanye history. The Wests leaves Armenia for Israel today. Watch out Holy Land: Yeezus is coming.

Watch a full stream of the concert, the jump, and the police shutdown below.
