Earlier in the year Plies left the Tampa airport in handcuffs after security found a Glock 43 gun and a fully-loaded magazine in his suitcase. The "Shawty" rapper forgot that his carry on contained the weapon and although the rapper has a permit to carry a rifle he did not have it on him at the time, which obviously lead to his arrest. After being held at the airport, he was then transferred to the Hillsborough County Jail.
Plies admitted that the gun was his and cooperated with authorities which probably helped with his new ruling. New reports from TMZ now state that he's dodged any felony gun charges in the case since prosecutors dropped it after he completed a concealed weapons course. We only assume that the course involved some tips on how to properly conceal and carry the weapon which will probably never be forgotten.
"I Try 2 Complain Less & Smile More!!!! š" Plies wrote on Twitter accompanied by a photo of him smiling wide, seemingly life is all good.
