The reclusive singer makes rare appearances and, when he does leave the house, it's considered a special occasion for everybody involved. Whether he's holed up making music or he's simply just chilling in the basement playing Fortnite, Frank's influence has been gigantic on the core of musicians coming out today. The last time we heard directly from the "Pyramids" artist, he was trolling Kanye West on his Tumblr page. Expected to show up a few times on A$AP Rocky's upcoming Testing album, A$AP affiliate Playboi Carti is singing his praises for Frank on Twitter.
Carti let off a tweet today, noting his love for Frank Ocean as he wrote, "FRANK OCEAN IS LIFE." While the context of what leads Playboi Carti to believe his colleague is life is unclear, he was likely listening to Blond in the late night when he came to the realization. Cash Carti once detailed the time he was in the studio as Frank Ocean created "Nights," and the possibility of hearing them work together in the future isn't exactly slim. With the two close with A$AP Rocky, a collaboration between all three is not out of the question but, for now, we will need to simply wait in anticipation to see if Frank makes a Testing appearance.
