Moments after Tom Brady's last second hail mary fell incomplete at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Eagles fans in the city of Philadelphia took to the streets to celebrate their first ever Super Bowl title.
As expected, it was pure, unadulterated chaos in the City of Brotherly Love.
Traffic lights were climbed, street lights were uprooted, fires were lit, cars were flipped, horse poop was eaten. And that's just to name some of the things that we've seen out of Philly in the hours since the Eagles defeated the Patriots, 41-33 in Super Bowl LII.
There were chants of, "Fuck Tom Brady," and "Big Dick Nick," in honor of Eagles backup QB and Super Bowl MVP, Nick Foles. Broad Street was packed from building to building, the windows at the Macy’s near City Hall got smashed, and there was an outrageous food fight inside of Philly's beloved WaWa establishment.
