Oscar season is approaching, and today the full list of nominations for the Oscars 2014 were revealed. While there's not usually much cross-over into hip-hop when it comes to the Oscars, Pharrell Williams did receive a nod for the work he did on the film "Despicable Me 2."

Pharrell has been nominated in the category of Best Original Song for the feel-good record "Happy."

Do you think it's likely Pharrell will take home a win? He's up against U2's "Ordinary Love" from "Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom," "Alone Yet Not Alone" from the movie of the same name by Bruce Broughton, "Let It Go" from the movie "Frozen" and "The Moon Song" from Spike Jonze's "Her" film.

The Oscars take place on March 2nd.
