Tyler Perry was out with the old and Pharrell came in to pick it up as new. The "Get Lucky" singer is now the proud owner of Tyler's Beverly Hills mansion that he has acquired for the cool price of $15.6 million, Trulia reports. The publication says Tyler bought the ten-bed, 11-bathroom home in 2017 for $14.5 million, so he's made a little profit on the estate.
The home is more of a modern looking piece of property that boasts endless windows, that play as walls, a jaw-dropping backyard with different options for swimming, tennis courts, outdoor dining terrace and more.
In other news surrounding Pharrell and property, the famed musician is set to open his first restaurant and bar in the Miami area. The establishment will be called Swan and Bar Bevy that will act as two different venues - one will be an elite cocktail bar while the other will be a restaurant. Once menus become established, the new food and liquor endeavour is set to open this Fall.
