As we know, Cardi B skipped out on her Monday court appearance for the strip club beat down she allegedly sent on two bartenders. Cardi's no-show left the court real upset and after a bench warrant was denied, the judge sternly told her lawyers that if she doesn't show on Friday an arrest would be made in her name. Photos then showed that Cardi was in Miami on Monday twerking for a music video, which made things worse.

TMZ recently caught up with Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and asked for her attorney opinion on Cardi's situation. Phaedra's advice was for Cardi to simply get her ass to court before it gets worse.

"That might not be the best idea," Phaedra said of Cardi's twerking activities instead of court. " [...] Just go to court, just handle it and be done with it. The sooner you get it over with the better you'll be and the safer you'll be in these streets, honey, because the people are watching - the Bardi and the Bardi Gang."

In other Cardi news, she shockingly revealed that she and husband Offset called it quits. "I been tryna work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now. And we're really good friends, and you know, we're really good business partners," she said on Instagram. "He's always somebody that, I run to, to talk to and we got a lot of love for each other. But things just haven't been working out between us for a long time, and it's nobody's fault. I guess we just grew out of love."

More updates on the couple will be coming soon, keep it locked.
