Pell made a small splash in 2014 with his free album Floating While Dreaming, only his second release, but a strong one at that. The New Orleans spitter has a thing for musicality in production, as you can tell from his latest release "Phantoms In Space" (which samples Tame Impala and is produced by Staccs). The rapper is picking up steam in 2015 and has announced a new tour along with this free song.
