Three legends on one track. Two from Houston, Paul Wall and Z-Ro, and one from Baton Rouge in Mouse On Tha Track. Their collaboration, "Thangz Are Crazy," is a pristine example of the smooth-riding wise man shit that all three artists are known for. Z-Ro sangs away on the syrupy hook of Wall's first single since dropping his Slab God album almost a year ago. The song focuses on the especially chaotic times currently facing the planet, as the H-Town vets try to remain cool and level-headed, with a little help from the drank and the doja. The instrumental blends NOLA Bounce, Houston chop 'n' screw, and even some early G-funk. Man does it go down smoothly.

"Thangz Are Crazy" will appear on Wall's upcoming album, Houston Oiler

Quotable Lyrics

I watched a brother die on Instagram
The day before I watched a brother die in my hands
4th of July in the 4
Shots ring out and Screwball was on the floor
I saw young man layin' in blood
I grabbed his hand and prayed for God's love
