Paul Wall dropped a few gems in this recent interview with fellow emcee Devin The Dude's online talk show. Perhaps none were more interesting, however, than the announcement of a new group Wall has formed with fellow Texas emcee Baby Bash (of "Baby, I'm Back" and "Suga Suga" fame) and Los Angeles producer Scoop DeVille. Referred to as "The Legalizers," the trio are reportedly already in the studio prepping some new releases.
