PARTYNEXTDOOR entered the world of animation in order to concoct the visuals for his song, "Savage Anthem," off his latest album, PARTYMOBILE that dropped earlier this year. If it feels like a lifetime ago that PND came through with his first album in three years back in March, don't worry—you're not alone. Tons of pre-April releases have flown completely off the radar for many people as a result of the pandemic, but PND is not going to let PARTYMOBILE disappear from the public consciousness just yet. The R&B artist decided to turns his woes on one of the tracks, "Savage Anthem," into a comic-book-style animated story.

In the "Savage Anthem" visuals, a cartoonified PND is shown grappling with love and all the problems that come with it. The purple-tinted video moves through scenes of text exchanges, strip clubs and late-night rendezvous as PND tries to come to terms with his feelings.

It has been highly speculated that "Savage Anthem" was written about PND's past relationship with Kehlani, even making reference to his infidelity while they were together. If this is the case, the animated scorned lover in the video may or may not be meant to depict Kehlani in animated form. Check out the "Savage Anthem" visuals and see for yourself.
