UPDATE/RECAP: The show began with a mix from OVO co-founder Oliver El-Khatib, who played mostly Drake material, including a mastered version of the long-awaited Drake and Beyonce collaboration, "Can I" -- listen here. Then it was Boi-1da's turn, and he went through some of his most memorable productions, reminding us that he's been behind so many smash hits. The last episode of OVO Sound radio was the biggest yet, as Drake played his collaborative project with Future, What A Time To Be Alive, in its entirety. The premiere ended up overshadowing another exclusive -- PARTYNEXTDOOR's remix of Ty Dolla $ign's club hit, "Blase". It's no secret that PND has been working on new material, and this time his music should be front and center, as he and Boi-1da take over the show on tonight's episode.
The OVO singer recently revealed that he has a collaborative EP with TM88 on the way, and we're hoping to hear at least one selection from that tonight, if not a couple. We'd also be surprised if Boi-1da didn't have something exclusive up his sleeve.
