Cleveland's Paper Paulk is building a following off of his hard-edged street rap sound, and on his latest record, "Power," he's found a perfect feature to give him a bigger look, and compatibly work off of his energy. That guest is Pusha T, a rapper whose gritty wordplay has allowed him to sound comfortable beside rappers who came both before and after him. The creeping paranoia of "Deposit" is perfect territory the GOOD president, and his carefully arranged verse is a great compliment to Paulk's manic eccentricity.
