Gamers rejoice! The popular shooter Overwatch will get a massive event launch in just a few hours. Entitled Retribution, the event will go live soon, but that hasn't stopped gamers from digging through every online crevice to find leaks for the gaming event. Retribution will feature news skins, missions, and about 60 new items will be added to players seasonal loot boxes as well. In a trailer released by game developer Blizzard, the company states, "Travel eight years into the past and join Blackwatch as they seek to capture a high-ranking member of the Talon organization. Fight in the streets of Venice as Genji, Moira, McCree, or Reyes (later known as Reaper) to complete the mission and unlock pieces of the past with over 100 items from last year and 60 new ones—including highlight intros, emotes, sprays, and more."
The Overwatch Archives event launches later today (April 10), but fans have already been treated to leaked skins that appeared online prior to the game's release. Overwatch skins will be added for Genji, Moira, McCree, Reaper, Hanzo, Doomfist, Sombra, Winston and Mei. A new skin for Reaper was leaked to consoles, while new skins for Lucio and Sombra have also been spotted online by eagle-eyed gamers.
