If you go take a gander at the "Rappers From West Virgina" Wikipedia page, you might notice that it's a little bit bare bones. While West Virginia might not be a rap hot spot right now, Wheeling rapper Ponce De'Leioun is trying to change that.
His latest step is his newest single, "Outside," featuring OG Maco. Their new collaboration finds Ponce, and especially Maco, exploring unique and interesting sounds.
The thing worth mentioning here is that OG Maco has opted not to perform a verse on this song, and is instead singing the hook in a voice that's almost unrecognizable, in addition to doing the autotuned-voice-that-sounds-like-a-guitar thing that Kanye does a lot. Ponce holds down the verses here, switching up his flow several times.
